• Your WhatsApp number, when you submit a pre-order request
• Account details (email and password, or your Google account info if you sign in with Google)
• Order and pre-order history tied to your account
• Products you've saved as favorites

What we don't collect

We never see or store your card or Mobile Money details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor — Shop Am only receives confirmation that a payment succeeded.

How we use this information

• To process your orders and pre-orders and get them to you
• To send you order and pre-order confirmation emails
• To contact you about pricing and availability for pre-ordered items, usually on WhatsApp
• To let you sign in and see your order history, pre-orders, and saved favorites
• To respond to support questions

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us run Shop Am (for things like payments, hosting, and email delivery), only as needed to provide our service. We don't sell your information to anyone.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what's in your cart. We don't use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing shopamsupport@gmail.com. We'll keep basic order records where we're required to for accounting purposes.
