These terms cover your use of shopamgh.com. By placing an order, submitting a pre-order, or creating an account, you agree to them.
What Shop Am is
Shop Am hand-picks home, tech, and everyday products for customers in Ghana. When we don't have something in stock, you can submit a pre-order and we'll try to source it for you.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (₵)
- You can check out as a guest or with an account
- Payments are processed securely by Paystack, by Mobile Money or card
- An order is confirmed once payment goes through, and you'll get a confirmation email
Pre-orders
Submitting a pre-order doesn't charge you anything. We'll look for the item and message you on WhatsApp with pricing and availability. Nothing is bought or charged until you agree to go ahead.
Delivery
We deliver across Ghana. Delivery fees and estimated timelines are shown at checkout. Since some items are sourced from abroad, delivery times can vary — we'll keep you updated on your order's status.
Returns and issues
If something arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at shopamsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with you.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Fair use
Don't use Shop Am for fraud, abuse, or anything illegal. We can refuse or cancel orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
